A beautiful site isn't enough
Many companies invest in design but ignore the data. The result: the site looks great, but the conversion rate doesn't move. A UX audit combines qualitative analysis (an expert walks through the user journey) with quantitative data (heatmaps, session recordings, GA4 data). We pinpoint exactly where users drop off — and propose data-backed solutions.
Data, not opinions
We install behaviour analysis tools: Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings), GA4 with enhanced event tracking, plus form and conversion-path tracking. From that, we build a map of the problems — we know exactly where and why users drop off. Every recommendation is backed by numbers.
From audit to growth
The audit is just the beginning. Once we've identified the problems, we design solution variants and A/B test them. We reorder sections, rewrite headlines, reposition CTAs, simplify forms, and optimise checkout. Every change is measured — we ship only what genuinely improves results.
For sites, stores, and apps
A UX audit makes sense for any digital product: a company website (more inquiries), an e-commerce store (higher conversion and lower bounce), a SaaS app (better retention and onboarding), campaign landing pages (lower cost per lead). We tailor the scope and methodology to your product and business goals.

Building materials and B2B
In the Liderwood store the customer enters metres and the calculator works out the number of boards and the price.
Traffic, but no enquiries
Traffic is coming in, but the contact form stays empty? A UX audit shows why visitors aren't converting.
Baskets abandoned before payment
Abandoned baskets, confusing navigation, a slow checkout: a UX audit shows where you're losing customers and money.

“The meters-to-pieces converter is a game-changer for our industry. Customers no longer calculate how many boards they need — they enter meters and instantly see the price. It significantly reduced enquiries and increased orders.”

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a UX audit and an SEO audit?
An SEO audit focuses on visibility in Google. A UX audit looks at the on-site user experience — whether the path to conversion is intuitive. The two complement each other.
How fast will I see results?
The first A/B test results show up 2–4 weeks after the changes go live. A full optimisation cycle takes 6–8 weeks.
Do I need a lot of traffic for CRO to make sense?
A/B tests need at least 1,000 sessions per month. With less traffic, we focus on the expert audit and qualitative recommendations.
Will you implement the changes or just deliver a report?
We offer both. A report only from £1,700, audit plus implementation from £5,200.
What is conversion rate optimisation (CRO)?
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) is the process of increasing the share of visitors who take a desired action — getting in touch, buying, signing up. It's based on data, not intuition.
