Apturn designs, builds and develops sites and stores. Ongoing care after launch is run by wordcare®, a team that does nothing but WordPress and WooCommerce maintenance and that we work with every day. For you it's one continuous handover: we pass the site on with full knowledge of how it's built, and larger changes and new features stay with Apturn.
Care plans
Every plan includes weekly updates, daily backups, 24/7 monitoring, unlimited emergency support and a weekly report. Higher plans add store support, speed optimisation, hours of work and support for custom code.

Prices exclude 23% VAT and are billed in PLN by wordcare®. 7-day emergency support (7Care) is +PLN 299 for Manage, Performance and Custom and is included in Supreme. Monthly subscription, no setup fee. Current price list: wordcare.eu/cennik.
Monitoring and outages
Monitoring checks your site around the clock, and the wordcare® support portal takes requests 24/7. Outages are handled with no limit on the number of requests. If your site or store has to work at weekends and on public holidays too, choose the 7Care option or the Supreme plan.
One-off fixes, no subscription
Not everyone needs ongoing care. If something broke and you just want it fixed, Apturn handles it as a one-off job: diagnosis and a quote first, then the fix and a report on what caused the problem. Details on the WordPress help page.

Frequently asked questions
Who provides the care?
Ongoing care is run by wordcare®, a team specialising in WordPress and WooCommerce maintenance that Apturn works with every day. You sign the care agreement with wordcare®; projects and larger development work stay with Apturn.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Care is a subscription renewed every month until you cancel. There's no setup fee.
Do I have to change hosting?
No. wordcare® works with practically every hosting provider. If you'd like a faster server we can help, but it's not a condition of care.
How much work can I request under a plan?
Performance and Custom include 2 hours of work a month, Supreme 4 hours. Larger changes and new features are quoted separately.
What about outages at the weekend?
Unlimited emergency support is in every plan. Weekend and public-holiday coverage comes with the 7Care option (+PLN 299 excl. VAT) or the Supreme plan, where it's included.
