Every manual re-entry costs time and risks mistakes, and stock drifting between channels means lost sales or selling goods you no longer have. Integrations turn that patchwork into one data flow with a clearly defined source of truth.
Off-the-shelf plugin or custom code? Usually: a smart mix
The WooCommerce plugin market covers most standard scenarios and that's where we start, because it's the cheapest path. Custom code steps in where off-the-shelf ends: multiple accounts, unusual stock rules, large catalogues, B2B processes. Our advantage is that we do both, so the recommendation doesn't depend on what we happen to sell. Among other things, we've built our own plugin for two-way marketplace stock synchronisation for a multi-channel store.
An integration without monitoring doesn't exist

How much does a WooCommerce integration cost?
Configuring off-the-shelf plugins usually lands between PLN 600 and 2,500 net (~£150-600) depending on the system; custom extensions and connectors start from PLN 3,000 (~£700). The exact cost is always quoted before work begins.
Which integrations do you build most often?
Marketplaces and order-management tools (multi-channel), ERPs and wholesalers (warehouse), couriers (shipping), payment gateways and invoicing systems. Polish-market specifics like Allegro and BaseLinker are our home turf.
Our existing integration keeps failing. Can you help?
Yes, repairing and tidying up existing integrations is a large part of our work. We diagnose from logs, quote the fix, and don't insist on rebuilding from scratch if the current setup can be saved.
Will an integration slow the store down?
A well-designed one won't: heavy operations run in the background through queues, outside peak hours. What slows stores down are badly configured full-catalogue syncs, and that's exactly what we fix.
Do you stay available after launch?
Yes. We can cover integrations with monitoring and ongoing care, and handle rule changes on a monthly plan or as one-off jobs. We don't disappear after the invoice.
