WooCommerce rarely works alone: there's a marketplace, a warehouse system, invoicing, a courier panel, and a spreadsheet where someone manually stitches it all together. Every manual re-entry costs time and risks mistakes, and stock drifting between channels means lost sales or selling goods you no longer have. Integrations turn that patchwork into one data flow with a clearly defined source of truth.
The WooCommerce plugin market covers most standard scenarios and that's where we start, because it's the cheapest path. Custom code steps in where off-the-shelf ends: multiple accounts, unusual stock rules, large catalogues, B2B processes. Our advantage is that we do both, so the recommendation doesn't depend on what we happen to sell. Among other things, we've built our own plugin for two-way marketplace stock synchronisation for a multi-channel store.
The worst integration failure is the silent one: synchronisation stopped two weeks ago and you find out from a customer who bought something already sold elsewhere. Every deployment of ours logs operations and raises alerts on errors: you know something broke before your customers do. We can also cover integrations with ongoing care alongside the rest of the store.
See whether woocommerce integrations is the answer to your business needs.
Selling in your store and on marketplaces? We connect the channels so stock and orders match everywhere.
Your ERP or WMS should talk to the store without manual re-entry: stock, prices, documents.
Labels, tracking numbers and COD handled by hand? We automate the whole flow from order to delivery.
Invoices should issue themselves, with the correct tax data from checkout: we configure it once, properly.
Something used to work and stopped, and the developer vanished? We diagnose and repair existing integrations.
What flows from where, which system is the source of truth, what happens on conflict.
Off-the-shelf plugin, extension or custom connector: a recommendation matched to scale and budget.
Configuration and development away from production, on test data.
An order, a return, a stock conflict, an API outage: verified before customers see it.
Production go-live with logs, alerts and supervision for the first days.
“Complete professionalism and care in achieving the client's goal. They take on jobs most companies turn down and deliver them properly. I recommend them with conviction.”

What's included
Configuring off-the-shelf plugins usually lands between PLN 600 and 2,500 net (~£150-600) depending on the system; custom extensions and connectors start from PLN 3,000 (~£700). The exact cost is always quoted before work begins.
Marketplaces and order-management tools (multi-channel), ERPs and wholesalers (warehouse), couriers (shipping), payment gateways and invoicing systems. Polish-market specifics like Allegro and BaseLinker are our home turf.
Yes, repairing and tidying up existing integrations is a large part of our work. We diagnose from logs, quote the fix, and don't insist on rebuilding from scratch if the current setup can be saved.
A well-designed one won't: heavy operations run in the background through queues, outside peak hours. What slows stores down are badly configured full-catalogue syncs, and that's exactly what we fix.
Yes. We can cover integrations with monitoring and ongoing care, and handle rule changes on a monthly plan or as one-off jobs. We don't disappear after the invoice.
