Private AI Guide
Two AI assistants built on a therapist's own materials: a website chat that recommends the right webinar, and a paid Guide that talks in her method, remembers past threads and turns a conversation into small steps for today.

Client
Ewa Dolatowska - a holistic therapist and Total Biology consultant whose website and webinar system we had built earlier. She has dozens of recorded webinars and workshops, a blog, and hundreds of clients who write to her about anger, guilt, sleep or their relationship with their children.
Challenge
Answering every message in person was impossible, and purchased recordings often went unwatched. Ewa's knowledge was scattered across product descriptions, recordings, blog articles and her own distinctive way of speaking. The subject is sensitive: the assistant talks to people in difficult emotions, and the field is subject to rules on health-related practices. The assistant could not be a pushy salesperson, because clients pay for the conversation, not for ads. And the cost of AI requests had to fit within the subscription price.

Solution
We built two tools in a single WordPress plugin, with no external chat platform and no subscription beyond the cost of the requests themselves.
- 01
A recommendation chat on the website, available without logging in. In a few sentences it names what may lie beneath the problem and recommends one specific product from the store. It also answers practical questions before the client sends an email.
- 02
The Private AI Guide in the client's account. Conversations in Ewa's method, awareness of the recordings the client already owns, searchable threads with a "Last time we talked about" screen, a "My context" note, a "Step for today" list created automatically from the conversation, adjustment to the client's level, and conversation export.
- 03
Safety and ethics. We refined the conversation rules together with Ewa and a group of testers. The assistant knows when an ordinary conversation is not enough, states clearly that it is artificial intelligence, not therapy, and keeps selling in the background. Ewa keeps sight of conversations that need a human's attention.
- 04
Knowledge instead of guessing. Semantic search (RAG) over product descriptions and blog articles. The assistant sticks to Ewa's materials instead of filling gaps with the model's general knowledge.
- 05
Sales and launch. WooCommerce products with automatic granting and revoking of access, a checkout declaration and an annex to the store terms, a sales landing page, and a launch at a free online meeting with SMS reminders and a mailing with a 90-second video.
