Glowsy — a brand of personalised engraved jewelry. Necklaces, bracelets, rings, and earrings that customers can personalise with their own text, initials, dates, or coordinates.
Challenge
Building a complete online store from scratch for a jewelry brand with one unique requirement: an interactive product customiser that lets customers personalise their engraving with a live preview (choice of font, icons, and text). On top of that, the brand needed an internal app to manage inventory, fulfill shipments, and generate invoices automatically.

We built the store on WooCommerce with a fully custom theme and refined design (dark green + gold). Key elements: (1) a custom product customiser — customers pick a font, type their engraving text, add icons by category (automotive, family, symbolic, animal), and see a live preview; (2) payment integration with Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, and Przelewy24; (3) a dedicated back-office app to manage stock levels, generate shipping labels, and automate invoicing. The store meets WCAG standards and is optimised for SEO.
